Mexican Milagros are traditionally used in Mexican folk art votive offerings. I love the ways in which folk culture interacts with spirituality and wanted to carry these votive symbols through to my hats, continuing the theme of hats as talismans for protection. Hand-sculpted fedora can be played with to make many different shapes and the more you wear it the more it will take on your personality!
